Pacific Winemaking has been servicing the Willamette Valley and all of OR for the past 20 years. While some of its activities have changed over the years, its focus on supplying quality products to OR and Pacific NW winemakers has not. Pacific Winemaking works with G3 as their regional Agent for Diam Technological Closures for still and sparkling wine. We also supply G3's screw caps, poly-lam capsules, sparkling cages, and 1 way kegs. We work with Vivelys as their PNW agent for extensive range of oak adjuncts from Boise® and Micro-oxygenation products. Olavin Stainless Steel tanks, Elevage Tank/Barrel Oak Systems and Mercier Cooperage expands our range of fermentation and aging vessels. Our range of machinery are for sparkling wine with TDD-Grilliat and finally we feature systems for barrel room humidification with use of our Guardian Angel from FreshTech.
